Use this form to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal for an online contract, where that right applies. You do not need to sign in or provide a reason. Using this form does not create or limit a withdrawal right.

To stop a subscription renewing instead, use Cancel a subscription.

For example: your account email, plan or credit purchase, approximate purchase date, and order or invoice reference if available. An internal subscription ID is not required. Do not include payment-card details or passwords.

We use these details to receive and process your declaration and send its acknowledgement, as described in our Privacy Policy. No marketing consent is requested.
